A huge part of my job at QUAD is to go out and ride our test fleet in order to formulate an opinion and ultimately produce an informative article.  This past weekend, I put in another full day of testing aboard our Honda 700XX.  Factory Can-Am GNCC racer Rick Cecco showed up to meet my riding group with one of his sick highly modified Can-Am Renegades.  This is certainly no ordinary Renegade, as you can see from the pictures.  When he asked if I’d like to take it for a spin, it took me about one-tenth of a second to accept.  It is absolutely amazing to me just how fast a 600 pound machine can actually be.  It goes from a gurgling rumble at idle to “holy crap” in a split second.  I thought I’d snap a few photos for those of you not familiar with the GNCC’s or some of the machines that compete.  Enjoy!
